National Science Day-128th birth anniversary of Dr. C.V. Raman.
‘National Science Day’ was celebrated in our school in remembrance of our great scientist, Dr. Chandrashekhara Venkata Raman for his outstanding discovery made on “Scattering of light”, which gained him ‘Nobel Prize’ in physics in 1930.
Our school, headmistress, Mrs. Menon paid homage to DR. C. V. Raman on this special day. Several speeches were delivered by our teachers, students. Slogans based on science was also given on this auspicious day.
